It wouldn’t be a sunny California day if another Hills star wasn’t on her way to the altar.
Whitney Port is ready for “I do,” but before she gets to her vows, Celebuzz can tell you how she said ‘yes!’
And it’s a scene perfect for reality TV drama.
The setting was far from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and New York. Port’s newly-minted fiancé Tim Rosenman got down on one knee Down Under.
“It happened in Australia in the last couple weeks when they were on vacation,” a source told CB! “They went to Melbourne and Sydney.”
“It was very romantic.”

And just because he popped the question away from the comforts of home, Whitney’s future hubby first gave those four little words a traditional touch.
“He asked her family,” said the source. “And he told his family, but no one knew when or if he’d do it.”
The couple met on the set of her spinoff series, The City, where Rosenman was an associate producer, and after two years of dating they’re taking this time to relish in the happy moment.
“They haven’t decided on anything yet,” added the source. “They’re just enjoying being engaged.”
“Whitney is terrific. The family is over the moon.”
The 28-year-old fashion designer is following in the stylish footsteps of another Hills alum who’s putting a ring on it. Lauren Conrad got engaged to her beau of one year William Tell just a few weeks ago.
